When people hear that we delivered over 8,500 Christmas gifts, it’s easy to focus on the sheer scale of the operation. However, small donations hold the unique and vital key to making this ministry possible. Every small contribution plays an essential role in funding the logistics to get these gifts into the hands of children in remote villages.

Small donations are important because they represent the collective power of a community. While one small donation may seem insignificant, when combined with thousands of others, it creates the massive fund needed to acquire and distribute these gifts.

Small Donations Are Accessible to Nearly Everyone

Not everyone can fund a whole delivery van, but nearly anyone can "fund a shoebox" or "pay for the gas" to reach one village. This inclusivity empowers individuals to participate in this incredible opportunity to share the Gospel, fostering a culture of generosity.

From a Logistical Perspective, Small Donations Fuel the Entire Operation

This is a massive logistical challenge. We partner with Team Hope for the gifts, but J4RM and our partners at Fundația Tabor are responsible for funding and distributing them. This requires fuel for a convoy of vehicles, resources for our team, and the funds to purchase the shoeboxes in bulk.

Large donations are a blessing, but the collective power of many small donations is what creates the large, reliable budget we need to plan our routes and commit to reaching thousands of children across the Oltenia region.

Your Gift Opens a Door for the Gospel

When people give even a little, they become more invested in the cause. This leads to them praying for the delivery teams and for the children who will receive the gifts.

The need we meet is twofold: the need for joy in a child's life, and the need for them to hear the Good News of Jesus. Small donations provide the foundation for this comprehensive outreach. Each gift is a tool that opens a door for our team to share the true meaning of Christmas.

Finally, small donations matter because they embody compassion. Each small act of giving reflects kindness. For a child receiving their only gift, it is a lifeline of hope.

In conclusion, small donations are not just important; they are indispensable to our Christmas Outreach. They create a sustainable and inclusive model that empowers the global church, supports massive logistics, and delivers both joy and the Gospel.
